  • Consultations & Strategy Sessions: Fees for consultation, strategy planning, or audits are non-refundable.
  • Customized Projects: Any project tailored specifically to your business (e.g., website design, marketing campaigns) is non-refundable once development or execution has started.

2. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • If services have not yet started and you cancel within 48 hours of payment.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  • If an overpayment or duplicate payment is made.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  2. Provide proof of payment and details of the service purchased.
  3. Allow 7–10 business days for the refund process after approval.

4. Payment Method for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

While we use proven strategies in SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing services, results may vary depending on industry, competition, and other external factors. Payments are for service efforts, not guaranteed outcomes.
